Two years of BLIMUNDA Project

BLIMUNDA Project is an initiative that arose in the context of Scientific Open Access Repository of Portugal (RCAAP) with the aim of making the survey of political self-archive, on Institutional Repositories, of  Portuguese scientific journals.

Since the Project began in 2010, and so far, 273 journals were identified, of which 173 (63%) have developed policies for auto file, which are registered in the database SHERPA / RoMEO. The results obtained, place Portugal in 3rd place on the ranking of publishers by Country of SHERPA / RoMEO.
