THE The next edition of the Research Data Management (RDM) Forum will take place on November 19 and 20, 2026., in University of Beira InteriorThe annual meeting will once again bring together the national community dedicated to the practices, policies, and challenges of research data management.
THE GDI Forum is recognized as a An essential space for sharing knowledge, presenting experiences, and discussing emerging trends. in an area that is increasingly strategic for the scientific ecosystem. The 13th edition aims to reinforce this dynamic of collaboration and capacity building, promoting dialogue between curatorial professionals, information technicians, researchers and science managers.

- Submission of proposals: May 4 to September 12, 2026
- Notification to applicants: September 26, 2026
- Participant registration: May 4 to November 12, 2026
- Holding of the 13th GDI Forum: November 19 and 20, 2026
Participate in the GDI Forum and contribute to strengthening a community of practice that supports data management in Portuguese scientific institutions, promoting a culture of sharing, interoperability, and best practices.
The initiative is the result of a partnership between the POLEN network, the University of Minho, FCCN (the digital services unit of FCT), and the University of Beira Interior as the host institution.
