The national Advanced Computing community will meet again on the following days. November 3rd and 4th, 2026, at the University of Minho, in Braga, for the 6th edition of the Advanced Computing Meeting.

The initiative is organized by FCT, through its digital services unit FCCN, in partnership with University of Minho and the National Center for Advanced Computing (CNCA), counting on sponsorship by FSAS Technologies.

The meeting brings together users, researchers, technicians, and decision-makers with the aim of promoting collaboration and skills development in this area, with a focus on... access to available national and European resources for research and innovation.

The initiative also aims to be a A meeting point between academia, industry, public administration, and research centers. for the sharing of knowledge and discussion about the evolution of Advanced Computing in Portugal and Europe, including the opportunities offered by National Center for Advanced Computing (CNCA), by Advanced Computing Services and by European initiatives such as EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, EuroCC3 and the BSC AI Factory.
