The 2026 edition of OpenConext Day will take place at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lisbon, marking This is the first time this OpenConext community meeting is being held in Portugal.
Among the organizations represented will be... FCT, through its digital services unit FCCN, SURF (higher education and research) the Kennisnet (primary and secondary education) GOVROAM and SSO-Rijk (public administration). Throughout the day, topics related to f will be discussed.Identity ordinations, component opensource of the project, identity and access management, and digital and security strategy of the services. used by the academic, scientific and public administration communities.
The collaborative format promotes the sharing of experiences.
The program combines moments of presentation with discussion sessions in a format unconference, a model that prioritizes the participants' contribution in defining the topics to be addressed throughout the day.
After a welcome session and a brief presentation of the participating organizations, the agenda includes moments of discussion dedicated to common challenges of different entities, as well as work sessions organized around the themes identified by the community gathered in Lisbon.
