The studio's technical infrastructure is primarily intended to facilitate access to a range of audiovisual and production resources for RCTS member entities. Therefore, use of this equipment is free and exclusive to these entities. Since FCCN is a public, non-profit entity, this would be inappropriate and unfair to the market.
What is the difference between “Video Broadcasting” and “Video Conferencing” services?
Although both services are based on audio and video transmission, they differ in terms of audience direction and reach. Designed for one-way communication, from a small number of speakers or participants to large groups of viewers, the videocast service allows the broadcast of video of events.
