About INDEXAR
INDEXAR is a directory of digital repositories and journals in the fields of science, technology, and culture. INDEXAR aims to be the authoritative source of information on national repositories and journals and to ensure their presence in international directories in the most interoperable manner possible. Information about these resources includes, among other relevant information, their eligibility for compliance with legislation (e.g., Legal Deposit DL 115/2013) or policies/regulations (FCT's open science policies).
Through INDEXAR, you can access information about repositories or journals by area of activity, typology, technology used, subject, content type, or available services. It is also possible to consult statistical data about each resource or the entire directory. All information is provided in a structured format through INDEXAR's web interface or through a REST API that provides methods for a complete display of all available information.
