Who can join the RCTSaai service as an identity provider?
An identity provider provides the infrastructure required for user authentication. Any institution connected to the RCTS network (RCTS IP Service) can become an identity provider.
Do the personal certificates of this service have the same value as those on the citizen card?
The personal certificates of this service are valid and identify a user as a member of an institution. However, because they are not issued by a CA recognized by the National Security Office, they cannot replace the certificates on the Citizen Card.
