On February 6th, the 21st edition of the Safer Internet Day (SID). The Consortium of Safe Internet Center, coordinated by the National Cybersecurity Center and integrated by Foundation for Science and Technology, through the FCCN unit, promotes this national commemorative event, which takes place this year in Viseu. The program of SID Summit 2024 is dedicated to Artificial Intelligence.
Zoom AI Forum: The Initiative's Key Moment in 2024
With the aim of reflecting on the risks and benefits of Artificial Intelligence, the program highlights the Zoom on AI Forum: Exploring Unseen Dimensions. On February 6th, at the Aula Magna of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, between 9:30 am and 3:45 pm, This initiative will bring together several experts from different areas to discuss the topic.

This day ends with the presentation to the educational community and the general public of the play “ID your brand on the NET”, promoted by the Altice Foundation, in collaboration with the Public Security Police. Anyone interested in attending the show can register through this link.
Under the motto “Together for a Better Internet,” Safer Internet Day is an annual awareness campaign that brings together stakeholders from the public and private sectors, in as many countries as possible, to promote the safe and responsible use of technologies, particularly among children and young people.
