FCCN, the digital services of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), aims to find out the degree of use and satisfaction levels of users of the services and the institutional website of FCCN.

At a time of rebranding and reformulation of FCCN, the survey is one of the starting points for FCCN +Accessible, where accessibility and usability of digital platforms and channels are prioritized, as well as to assess the quality of current services and possible opportunities for innovation.

With more than 20 digital services available to the Portuguese academic and research community, FCCN is looking to improve its users' experience in 2024 by getting to know the opinions of those who use these resources.
