Over the past six years, the Arquivo.pt Award has already awarded almost €100,000 in prizes, distinguishing innovative projects carried out based on the information preserved by this service provided by Foundation for Science and Technology, through the FCCN unit.
In 2024, a new set of works will be distinguished that highlight the added value and usefulness of Arquivo.pt as a public service. In total, €15,000 will be delivered.
Honorable Mention for a teacher who encourages the submission of papers
This edition also features a new feature – the creation of an honorable mention and corresponding award for teachers. Awarded by the Association DNS.PT, this recognition will be given to a teacher who has encouraged the submission of work for this edition of the Arquivo.pt Award. According to the organization of the initiative, “a check for €1900 will be awarded to the respective teacher for the purchase of a laptop computer”.
Registration open until May 6th
Submitted projects can be carried out individually or in groups, and must be accompanied by a text and a short video, describing what was carried out.
The Arquivo.pt Award is a challenge that can be presented to all students, within the context of a class, whether in a school or academic environment.
