RCAAP is an aggregator portal (meta-repository) of the documents deposited in the various institutional repositories existing in Portugal and Brazil. In RCAAP are gathered and indexed not only the description (metadata) but also the full text. You can access the RCAAP portal at www.rcaap.pt.
Who can join?
Institutions that have scientific resources in electronic format and that meet RCAAP's aggregation criteria can integrate RCAAP.
What can I find in RCAAP?
The RCAAP portal provides access to scientific and academic literature whose full text is in open access. However, there may be some documents that do not meet these requirements, either because they are in restricted access due to embargo or because they do not contain the full text of the document but only the metadata records.
