The next session of the cycle of scientific conferences that has been touring the country, organized by the FCT on the occasion of its 25th anniversary, will be dedicated to the theme “Open Science, Repositories and Online Library” and will take place on July 26th, at the Pedagogical Complex II (CPII), Auditorium B1, Gualtar campus, University of Minho, in Braga.

The event is in person and free to participate, but requires pre-registration. The event will also be broadcast online and the program is now available.

This session will address the main topics related to Open Science in Portugal and Europe, highlighting initiatives such as the EOSC, Plan S, and Policies and Infrastructures for Open Science. The FCT's initiatives and activities related to Open Science will also be highlighted. Therefore, the agenda will include a section dedicated to the FCCN Unit's knowledge services: b-on, RCAAP, PTCRIS, and the latest FCCN service, INDEXAR.
