New podcast created by the RCTS CERT team – The FCCN Unit's computer security incident response service, "Tell me your password," will disseminate information that allows any citizen to understand "how to protect themselves and the data they share."
The podcast “Tell me your password” is the new bet of RCTS CERT to raise awareness of the latest trends, threats and best practices in cybersecurity"With so many high-profile cyberattacks occurring in recent years, it's more important than ever for people to understand how to protect themselves and the data they share," explains Filipa Macieira, a cybersecurity analyst with the RCTS CERT team.
Each episode will feature the participation of professionals who address the cybersecurity theme, through the sharing of new knowledge and perspectives. This way, listeners will be able to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
Through this new podcast, launching in May, adds Filipa Macieira, it will be possible to "help raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity and the potential risks of the digital world." To this end, they are six episodes of “Tell me your password” are planned where Real-world examples of cyberattacks and their impact will be covered. "This can help people understand the need to adopt strong security measures and the potential consequences of not taking cybersecurity seriously," the expert concludes.
