How does it work?
A dark fibre optic pair is provided, from the RCTS fibre network to the User Entity, between the two locations. All equipment and configurations are the responsibility of the entity requesting the service.
Is the status of the service monitored?
No, because no RCTS active equipment is used. However there is support from a 24x7x365 supervision team that will provide support in any situation that may occur.
