How can RCTS VoIP service help reduce costs?

One of the goals of the RCTS VoIP service is to reduce voice communication costs. This reduction is achieved not only by routing calls to different operators via the lowest-cost route, but also by creating virtually dedicated IP connections between participating institutions, enabling calls between them at no associated cost.
