I already have a connection to a commercial ISP. Can I continue using the same addresses by subscribing to the RCTS IP service?

Connectivity

No. The RCTS IP service only provides service to IP addresses owned by RCTS or the organizations themselves. In the event of a commercial ISP shutdown, and the address is not owned by the organization, the address will have to be "returned" to the commercial ISP.
