The Association for the Promotion and Development of the Information Society (APDSI) organizes a series of webinars dedicated to the digital service of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) Arquivo.pt, developed by FCCN.

A total of four sessions are held dedicated to the preservation of cultural memory published in web, from March 20th to April 1st, 2025. Each one has as a spokesperson a member of the Arquivo.pt team, who will address the main advantages of the service and help everyone get the best out of this tool in their daily lives.

March 20th | “Arquivo.pt: a new tool for searching the
past”, with Daniel Gomes, manager of Arquivo.pt
March 25th | “Publishing well, preserving well”, with Pedro Gomes, responsible for collections at Arquivo.pt
March 27th | “Automatic access and processing of information preserved from web through APIs”, with Vasco Rato, web developer from Arquivo.pt
April 1st | “Archive the web: do-it-yourself!”, with Ricardo Basílio, digital curator at Arquivo.pt

You webinars are free, take place online from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and require prior registration. To attend, simply register through form made available by APDSI.
