THE OCRE 2024 is the pan-European framework agreement on services cloud so that European institutions can benefit from these resources in an easy, compatible and economical way. THE webinar launch will feature the Moderated by FCCN coordinator, João Nuno Ferreira, which together with the Secretary-General of Education and Science, Raúl Capaz Coelho, will make the initial interventions.  

The session will also address the OCRE 2024 recruitment process in Portugal, with the FCT's legal expert and Public Procurement technician, in the FCCN digital services unit, Alexandra Adam, and with Monica Pellinkof, from the Géant Association, the entity responsible for grouping together the national research and teaching networks in Europe, and responsible for the successive Framework Agreements, at European level, for services cloud commercials.

José Franco, manager of the FCT's OCRE 2024, in its digital services unit FCCN, will lead the presentation of the new framework agreement. Since itsoperationalization, objectives and contractual procedures, will still make a assessment of the main results achieved with the OCRE 2020 Framework Agreement and of the transition process from one framework agreement to another.  

THE OCRE 2024 marks a step forward in the digital transformation of the European education and research sector, improving service compliance and opening new opportunities for growth and innovation.
