Functionality launched in 2020 allows "facilitating the scheduling of teaching activities" and is available to all members of the Science, Technology and Society Network (RCTS).
As of 2020, Colibri now includes a Moodle integration feature. Thus, it is now possible to create Colibri sessions directly using LTI technology (Learning Tools Interoperability).
It becomes easier to schedule teaching activities, by creating and managing Colibri sessions without having to leave the Moodle platform. So far, 18 entities of the Science, Technology and Society Network (RCTS) are using this solution.
All entities interested in implementing this new functionality may contact the FCCN Unit team, requesting support for the installation. This contact should be made via colibri@fccn.pt.
Remember that Colibri is the synchronous communication platform managed by FCT's FCCN Unit that allows videoconferences with up to 300 participants. During the last year, as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, this has been an essential tool for conducting virtual classes, work meetings or online exams.
