Gonçalo Lopes and Rita Viegas represented FCCN at IGNITE, an online conference promoted by Landing.Jobs, which took place on September 2nd and 3rd.

Landing.Jobs represents for many university students the gateway to their first job, being the biggest Tech Talent Junior community in Portugal.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought a lot of uncertainty to the first job search process for many recent graduates and, for that reason, Landing.Jobs created Future Talent @PT. This is an initiative that aims to use Landing.Jobs' knowledge and experience in the Tis sector to prepare and assist these young people in finding their first job and to help companies access the best junior talent on the market. The first stage of this initiative was the IGNITE.

Gonçalo Lopes talked about his first professional experience at FCCN and the main technologies he uses on a daily basis, while Rita Viegas answered the audience's questions about the human resources area.
