FCCN, the digital services of the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), intends to understand the degree of use and satisfaction levels of users of FCCN's services and institutional website.
In a moment of rebranding and reformulation of the FCCN, the survey is one of the starting points for a more accessible FCCN, where accessibility and usability of digital platforms and channels are prioritized, as well as to assess the quality of current services and possible opportunities for innovation.
With more than 20 digital services available to the Portuguese academic and research community, FCCN seeks, in 2024, to improve the experience of its users, knowing the opinion of those who use these resources.
