Gonçalo Lopes and Rita Viegas represent FCCN at IGNITE, an online conference promoted by Landing.Jobs, which took place on September 2nd and 3rd.

For many university students, Landing.Jobs represents the gateway to their first job, being the largest Junior Tech Talent community in Portugal.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant uncertainty to the first-job search process for many recent graduates, and for this reason, Landing.Jobs created Future Talent @PT. This initiative aims to leverage Landing.Jobs' knowledge and experience in the IT sector to prepare and assist these young people in their first-job search and help companies access the best junior talent on the market. The first stage of this initiative was IGNITE.

Gonçalo Lopes spoke about his first professional experience at FCCN and the main technologies he uses in his daily work, while Rita Viegas answered audience questions about the human resources area.
