In 2025, the FCCN Conferences are heading to Coimbra from May 6th to 8th, taking place at the Convent of São Francisco. Those interested will have the opportunity to take the main stage and present innovative work during the Community Zapping session. Applications are currently open until March 28th.
The Community Zapping section takes place in morning of May 7th, in the Grand Auditorium of the Convent of São Francisco. This initiative aims to bring to the stage innovative projects, services or activities that relate to one of the areas highlighted at FCCN 2025 Conferences: Connectivity, Computing, Collaboration, Knowledge and Security.
Who can apply?
Any student, researcher, teacher and employee of a Higher Education or Research Institution belongs to the RCTS You can join this event as a speaker and present your work. Each presentation lasts about five minutes and should be delivered in clear, objective language.
Interested parties must submit their proposals until March 14th, filling out the application form. After the period for expressing interest closes, submissions will be evaluated by the Jornadas FCCN 2025 organization.
About FCCN Conferences 2025
The FCCN Days are the central event and annual meeting point for the various communities of managers and users of advanced computing, communication and other digital services platforms intended for the higher education and research community and made available by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), through the FCCN.
This year, the meeting features the close support of University of Coimbra and the Coimbra City Council and, in addition to the knowledge sharing aspect, it allows all participants to contribute to the dialogue on emerging themes and technologies, as well as on news related to areas of activity of FCCN.
Registration for the meeting is still open, so anyone interested can reserve their place at registration platform.
