NAU Platform is a Finalist in the Portugal Digital Awards 2021
Among 300 applications, NAU was named by IDC Portugal and Axians as one of the most disruptive and innovative national projects. It is now among the top-ranked in this 6th edition of the Portugal Digital Awards. After each finalist project was presented at the Digital Innovation Connection, the videos of the projects that made it to the finals were released.
Arquivo.pt preserves pages from the 2021 local elections
A special collection to preserve content related to the 2021 local elections took place between August and October. The work resulted in the preservation of 31 million files. "Thousands of election pages to preserve before they disappear." This is how Arquivo.pt defined the mission of its project to collect and preserve content related to the local elections.
FCT signs cooperation agreement with Brazilian counterpart
In November 2021, the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) signed an international cooperation agreement. The objective is to develop joint projects for the CIÊNCIAVITAE and Lattes curriculum management platforms. The agreement was finalized through an online session.
